Remote basemap + smarter layers

Moved the heavy SVG stack to R2 and refreshed the overlay tree so loading stays fast even on slow networks.

  • Split loading flow: base map shows instantly, overlays load only when toggled so it stays smooth on weak connections.
  • Layer tree grouped by roads/buildings/aux/overlays—browse signage, speculative routes, labels/numbering/stripies, camera spots, county borders, and more by layer.
  • Kept zoom de-flicker and delayed overlay loading, with localized layer names for a consistent experience.

Refined the feature cards so the preview imagery is readable across devices and matches the latest layout.

  • Two-column layout for planned features keeps cards aligned from mobile to desktop.
  • Aspect-ratio containers with object-contain ensure preview images are fully visible without cropping.
  • Status badges and copy stay consistent across English and Chinese locales.
